I've already purchased Notewise Unlimited, but it's not shown

Make sure that you've upgraded to the latest version of Notewise.

If you've upgraded to Unlimited via Google Play, your Unlimited status is synced with your Google account. We reply on Google Play to provide us the latest info on your purchase and Unlimited status.

However, if you don't see that you've upgraded to Unlimited despite the purchase on Google Play, please try the following (make sure that your Google Play app is always logged in with the account where the purchase was made from):

  • Close Notewise.
  • On your device, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage. Tap Clear data and Clear cache.
  • Open Google Play app and then open Notewise.

If this doesn't work, you may try restoring the purchase by tapping the Restore purchase button, as shown in the following screenshot. Before restoring purchases, make sure that your Google Play is logged in with the account where the purchase was made from.

If the above steps do not work. You may log out of your Google account within Google Play app then log in again, then retry the steps above.
