My existing notes are not shown after upgrading to Notewise Cloud

Once you subscribe to Notewise Cloud, we will automatically migrate your existing local notes into Notewise Cloud. However, this might not happen if the size of your local notes exceeds your available Notewise Cloud storage, you will see a "Out of storage" page as shown below. In this case, you may switch to a Notewise Cloud plan with larger storage. We support up to 10GB.

Alternatively, you may delete some of your local notes by:

  1. Sign out. All your local notes will appear again in the home page.
  2. Delete some local notes.
  3. Sign in again and we'll re-try uploading your local notes into Notewise Cloud.
