Notewise Unlimited and Notewise Cloud are two different options of using Notewise. Your existing Notewise Unlimited purchase remains valid and can be used while you're not signed in. Once you subscribe to Notewise Cloud, all your existing notes will be automatically synced into Notewise Cloud.
