Make sure that you're on Notewise 2.0.

Open notewise app, tap the top right button on home page and tap "Sign In" or "Upgrade", once you've successfully signed in, there'll be a page for you to select a subscription plan and join Notewise Cloud.

If you're not able to subscribe via Google Play, you may also go to our pricing page and subscribe. Before making a payment, make sure that you've already signed into Notewise app before. On the payment page, make sure to fill in the same email address as the one that you used to sign in on Notewise app.
