Delete, duplicate and rearrange pages

1. Tap outline button on toolbar. Thumbnails of all pages of the note will be shown.
2. To re-arrange pages, long press a page and move it to a different position.
3. ‍To delete, duplicate or export some pages, tap select button at top-right and select the   pages.
